We all know breakups are hard. Turns out, they’re infinitely harder when they impact tens of thousands of businesses.
When Mailchimp and Shopify went their separate ways in 2019, a lot of small businesses had to come up with a workaround to integrate their email marketing and e-commerce. You might have been one of them. I had so many clients calling me FREAAAAAKING OUT.
It meant a lot of third-party tools. Manual data transfers. Maybe finding a new email marketing platform that was compatible with Shopify.
Well, not anymore!
Celebrate good times, COME ON!
Mailchimp just announced that they are (re)launching an integration with Shopify. (!!!) That means that you can now easily combine your purchase and email marketing information to personalize your customers’ shopping experience.
Who runs the world? DATA.
Life is a whole lot easier when so much data is integrated into one platform. You get all of the email data points- conversion rates, open rates, click-through rates. You get all of the e-commerce data as well- browse abandonment, cart abandonment, purchase information. And you don’t have to put in so much work to sync all of the data. WIN!
More conversions. More customers. More revenue. Just in time for the 2021 holiday season!
If you want some help integrating Mailchimp and Shopify for your own business, I’d love to help you out. It’s kinda my thing. Contact me here or shoot me an email at hello@marcychu.com.
